At Blossomdale, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
