The Raw Difference: Why Go Unprocessed?
Unlike standard supermarket honey, which is often pasteurized and filtered to look uniform, our honey is kept completely raw. This ensures you aren't just getting sweetness—you’re getting a functional superfood.
A Note on Texture: Why Crystallization is a Good Thing
You might notice your honey becoming cloudy or solid over time. Don’t worry—this is actually a sign of quality!
Why it happens: Only real, raw honey crystallizes. It happens because natural particles (like pollen and propolis) provide a surface for sugar crystals to form. If your honey stays liquid forever, it has likely been highly processed.
The Easy Fix: To return your honey to a liquid state, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water (not boiling) for a few minutes. It will smooth right out without losing its nutritional value or flavor profile.
